Jogendra's Curry
Indian tomato and coconut based spicy curry with chicken

  - 1 pound chicken
- 12 ounces coconut milk
- 8 ounces tomato paste ( or sauteed tomatoes)
- 1 onion (red)
- 3 green chili (hari mirch)
- garam masala (to taste)
Method
- 
            1. Cube chicken and season with salt and pepper
- 
            2. Add spices to oil and heat until bubbling slightly
- 
            3. When oil is hot, add chicken and fry until browned
- 
            4. Add coconut milk, tomato paste, and onion to pan
- 
            5. Stir and simmer until desired taste acheived
