- 2 hot house cucumber (- peeled seeded and thinly sliced)
- 2 cup yogurt (Greek)
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon mint (chopped fresh)
- ½teaspoon white sugar
- ¼teaspoon salt (kosher)
Method

1. Stir together the cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, mint, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
